the Golden Pass Line to Interlaken, before an unforgettable trip to Europe's highest railway station on the Jungfrau. Followed by a trip on the panoramic Glacier Express to the traditional ski resort of St Moritz, before returning to Lucerne.

London to Lausanne - Day 1-2
Travel by Eurostar from London to Paris, then by train from Paris to Lausanne (4 hours). Arrive at your hotel the 5* Beau-Rivage Palace .
The Beau-Rivage Palace is a historic hotel which was built in 1861, and is surrounded by private gardens. Relax in the hotel's Cinq Mondes Spa, including an indoor and outdoor pool, and fitness centre. The hotel is on the shore of Lake Geneva, a short walk from the city centre.
The Golden Pass Line - Day 2

2, travel from Lausanne to Montreux to board the Golden Pass panoramic train which offers views of the Lakes region, and
plunges through a tunnel into the mountains, heading to the resorts of Châteaux d’Oex and Gstaad.
The Golden Pass Line then snakes through the Simme Valley, birthplace of the famous Swiss Simmental cow breed before reaching Speiz, travelling around Lake Thun and arriving into Interlaken Ost station.
Interlaken - Day 2-4
Arrive in Interlaken for 2 nights at the Victoria-Jungrau Hotel.
The Victoria-Jungrau Hotel is an historic grand hotel with a gourmet restaurant and two brasseries and bars, and one of Switzerland's leading health spas, with a swimming pool, indoor tennis courts and fitness centre. The hotel is set in a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken with views over the Jungfrau.
One of the oldest and most popular resorts in Switzerland, Interlaken is located between two lakes, Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, and offers fantastic views of the magnificent Jungfrau Mountain.
Jungfrau Excursion - Day 3
Jungfrau
Day 3, travel to Europe's highest altitude railway station on the Jungfrau mountain (3454 metres). This is a unique trip which takes you to Kleine Scheidegg before climbing to the station at Eigergletscher, well known for its mountain restaurant and polar dog kennels.
After spectacular sightseeing through large observation windows hewn from solid Alpine rock, you arrive at the Jungfraujoch, where you have incredible views (on a clear day) to the Vosges Mountains in France and the Black Forest in Germany. The Great Aletsch Glacier, at 22 km the longest ice-stream in the Alps, begins on the Jungfrau Mountain. Travel back from the Jungfrau for your second night at the Victoria-Jungrau Hotel.
Glacier Express - Day 4

Depart Interlaken after breakfast and travel to Brig over the spectacular Lötschberg mountain via Kandersteg to arrive in Brig where Glacier Express departs.
Once in Brig you connect with the world famous Glacier Express and take a panoramic trip through the Swiss Alps from Brig to St Moritz. The journey takes approximately 5 hours and is probably the slowest express train in the world! Travel in comfort through the unspoilt natural beauty of mountain forests, peaceful Alpine meadows, rushing mountain streams and valleys.
St Moritz - Day 4
Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains
On arrival in St Moritz check in to the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains.
The Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains in St Moritz is a luxurious elegant hotel with winter and summer restaurants, and an alpine spa with an indoor pool. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of St Moritz.
Set in the Engadine region of Switzerland, St Moritz is famed for its champagne climate and fabulous alpine landscape and is a charming destination in both winter and summer. Take a walk through the beautiful National Park, sample some mountain cheese or head up into the mountains.
Bernina Express - Day 5
Bernina Express
Cross the Alps from North to South as the Bernina Express offers breath-taking vistas from the panoramic cars. Ride over spectacular viaducts, through sheer rock gorges and switch-back tunnels, alongside mountain streams and glaciers.
The train climbs up the 2253 metre high Bernina Pass and the entire trip is narrated. Food is available to buy on the train. This whole area is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Return to the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains for your second night.
Travel to Arosa and Lucerne - Day 6
Arosa
You have time today to make the most of your Swiss Travel Pass by travelling to the exclusive ski resort of Arosa. The journey is a must for mountain rail enthusiasts as the train passes through incredible Alpine scenery to the mountain top village of Arosa.
After visiting Arosa return to Chur and travel on to Lucerne.
Lucerne - Day 6-8
On arrival in Lucerne check in at the Palace Hotel.
The Palace Hotel is an elegant Belle Epoque style hotel with 100 bedrooms. The hotel has two restaurants, a cosy bar and a Spa. This hotel is situated on the shore of the Lake and is a short walk from the centre of Lucerne.
Lucerne is situated on the shore of Lake Lucerne, and has fascinating medieval architecture. Take a stroll through the old town, cross 14th century bridges and sigh over "The dying Lion of Lucerne."
Lucerne to London - Day 8
Take the train to Zurich where you connect with the highspeed TGV direct route to Paris, where you change onto Eurostar to the UK.
